Refund and Returns Policy
Return / Refund:
If for some reason you need to return an item we will gladly accept it back unused within 30 days of the purchased date. A refund on the value of the item returned minus shipping cost will be given as long as no damage is done to the products themselves. You must return the item prepaid and in exactly the same condition as it was, when you received it. You will need to CALL the office at 1 800 448 6648 or email our team at email@example.com for authorization of returns. Items without return authorization will not be accepted and no credit will be offered.
If you have any issues of the products you have received please email our team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide details of the issue along with detailed pictures. Your information will be sent through our claims process where the issues will get resolved. Pictures are required. Returns will not be accepted with out photos of the issue.
We do not accept returns on liners that have been opened, unrolled or otherwise tampered with. It is up to you the customer to ensure the correct size is selected when ordering.
If you are returning a liner that has remained in the package unopened and not damaged, we will gladly accept the return. However please note that a detailed inspection of the liner will be made once returned to our location before a refund or exchange is given. It will be the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept any returns from our USA customers. The reason for this is due to the shipping and border fees resulting in the worthiness of a return.
